Description

The cultural centre "King Abdulaziz Centre for Knowledge and World Culture" will be dedicated to knowledge, with an auditorium capable of accommodating 1000 visitors, a library, a cinema, an exhibition hall, a museum as well as an archive room.

Technical project management extending to Computerised Building Modelling (BIM) and LEED® Gold certification.

  • Production of a comprehensive as-built model
  • project management in EXE phase (105 000 m²) 65,000 objects deriving from: REVIT Architecture-Structure-MEP, TEKLA, Rhinoceros & Catia,
  • Production of the reference model in the IFC phase ,
  • Transcoding of the models in Catia V5 and consolidation on the PLM Windchill
  • Adjustment of the production and checking procedures
  • Organisation of the international multi-site work / Coordination of the lots
  • On the site, followed by construction and planning in BIM 4D
